Learn moreWhy FitrahWorks
Your situation is handled privately. No pastoral gossip, no community network, no judgement.
Islam is foundational from the beginning — not added afterwards or treated as a complication.
Sessions are structured around a defined outcome. This is not an open-ended talking service.
Clear boundaries and genuine referral when clinical, specialist or emergency support is the better fit.
How it works
FitrahWorks follows a defined five-stage method. Each stage builds on the last. There is no open-ended meandering — just clear, purposeful work.
Define what the concern actually is, separate from assumptions and noise.
Identify the pattern, belief or dynamic keeping the situation stuck.
Reconnect the situation to values, responsibilities and what matters.
Build and practise a new response that is practical and sustainable.
Make the change stable and know how to maintain it going forward.

About the practitioner
“I created FitrahWorks because Muslims should not have to choose between practical personal-change support and a framework that takes their faith seriously.”
Lukmaan embraced Islam in 2003 and has spent more than sixteen years studying within programmes associated with the Muslim Research and Development Foundation and the Islamic Council of Europe — including study under the guidance of Shaykh Haitham al-Haddad. He is pursuing an MA in Islamic Studies at the Markfield Institute of Higher Education.
Alongside his Islamic studies, Lukmaan has worked professionally in coaching, training and structured personal-change intervention since 2014. He trained with NLP Dynamics (Practitioner and Master Practitioner) and later completed Trainer Training with the NLP Academy, studying directly with NLP co-founder John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair. He has held professional membership with the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP) since 2014.
FitrahWorks brings these two strands together. Islam provides the underlying understanding of purpose, responsibility and ethical boundaries. Professional coaching and personal-change tools serve within those boundaries — never above them.

“The 2-hour breakthrough session shifted a recurring emotional block I had carried for over five years. It was respectful, completely non-shaming, and deeply rooted in tazkiyah and practical NLP recalibration.”
“We were stuck in exhausting defensive cycles. Lukmaan helped us decode the underlying emotional triggers without taking sides or lecturing us. The communication shift within our home was immediate and profound.”
“Having someone who understands both startup scaling pressure and authentic Islamic scholarship made all the difference. I didn't have to explain my world before getting actionable, transformative insights.”
